Sillican Valley technologist and venture-capitalist Chamath Palihapitiya of Facebook fame. We had a nice discussion with the President about how to make Sri Lanka the first nation on earth with free internet access to every citizen. It was super chat about low earth orbit satellites and how FB users worked for change at the last election.
