What they are saying is male homosexuals do have a risk of getting diseases. So in scientific terms, if men are homosexuals, then they have only anal sex to do right? So that's why they say it's risky. But not only homosexuals, all other behaviours can put you at risk unless you use some preventing measures as a condom. But again, using a condom does not 100% guarantee that they are not at risk. So the best thing is to avoid unsafe sex until you marry and have sex only with that person. Nature does allows homosexuals machang. It is a control measure created by the nature it self. As an example, in China, there are more men than female. So they also need to have a partner of some kind right?
