The same is true for the neural networks, which need to be trained with proper data sets, backpropagation and tuning and adjustments, so it is not that easy to replace a neural network for general software utility. These needed very large processing power that needed quantum computing to provide such a service to the entire population. but someday we will reach that, and I predict that is at least beyond 10 to 15 years.
