According to the specs, PC gamers will at least  need an Intel Intel i3 6300 or an AMD FX 8150 CPU with 6GB of RAM and an  NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti or AMD Radeon HD 7850 GPU in order to play it  at 720p with 30fps on Low settings. In order to play the game on High settings at 1080p with 60fps, PC  gamers will need an Intel i5 4690K or an AMD FX 8350 CPU with 8GB of RAM  and an AMD Radeon RX 480 or an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 graphics card.Need for Speed Payback is currently planned for a November 10th release, and you can view its full PC requirements below.
