Electronic Arts and DICE have launched the open beta  multiplayer phase for Star Wars: Battlefront 2, and players can go ahead  and download it right now. Star Wars: Battlefront 2’s open beta will include Naboo: Theed in  Galactic Assault, in which players can join Republic clone troopers and  Separatist battle droids in a wild melee on the streets surrounding the  royal palace, where they will take control of some of their favorite  heroes. Moreover, EA and DICE will be offering Multiplayer Starfighter  Assault, in which players will be able to take part in an epic  starfighter assault set during the original trilogy era, piloting an  assortment of Star Wars’ greatest ships in an objective-based,  multi-stage battle. This open beta phase will end on October 9th, and the PC client is around 23GB in size. You can download the open beta from EA’s Origin. </blockquote>
