According to the French company, PC gamers   will at least need an AMD FX 6300, AMD Ryzen 3 – 1200 or an Intel Core   i5 2400 with 8GB of RAM and an AMD Radeon R9 285 or an NVIDIA GeForce   GTX 660 for gaming at 720p with 30fps on Low settings. For  High settings at 1080p and with 30fps, Ubisoft recommends an AMD   FX-8350, AMD Ryzen 5 – 1400 or an Intel Core i7-3770 with 8GB of RAM and   an AMD Radeon R9 290X or an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970. Yeap, you read  that  right. And NVIDIA GTX970 may not be enough for 60fps on High  settings  at 1080p. As for 4K, Ubisoft recommends an AMD Ryzen 1700X or an  Intel Core i7  7700 with 16GB of RAM and an AMD Vega 64 or an NVIDIA  GeForce GTX 1080.
