Respawn’s battle  royale title was able to reach 1 million players in just 8 hours so I  think it is safe to say that this was a successful launch. Apex Legends came out of nowhere and while there are some minor  optimization issues, it’s one of the most stable release we’ve seen for a  multiplayer title. We did not experience any connection issues and –  with the exception of an NVIDIA DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG error that occurs  in the latest drivers – it works without issues.According to  Electronic Arts, the game has reached a peak of over 600K concurrent  players, meaning that gamers can immediately find a server and play the  game. It will be interesting to see whether this success will  continue later this month, whether Apex Legends will be able to top 5  million players by the end of February, and whether the number of  concurrent players will be further increased! </blockquote>
