According to the specs, GRID will support  DirectX 12  – like F1 2019 did as the game is powered by the EGO Engine –  and will  require 100GB of free hard-disk space. Codemasters  has listed an Intel i3 2130 and an AMD FX4300 with 8GB of  RAM and an  Nvidia GT 640 or an AMD Radeon HD7750 for GRID’s minimum PC   requirements. The team recommends using an Intel i5 8600k or an AMD   Ryzen 5 2600x with 16GB of RAM and an Nvidia GTX 1080 or an AMD Radeon   RX590. It will be interesting to see whether this new GRID game  will be better  optimized than DiRT Rally 2. DiRT Rally 2 suffered from  some major  performance issues, especially on NVIDIA’s hardware at really  high  resolutions. Surprisingly enough, F1 2019 did not suffer from such   issues so it remains to be seen whether GRID will be as good as F1 2019   or as bad as DiRT Rally 2.
