They should charge at least 300-500rs a month from every house  and office. Provincial council has more space and money compared with munciple councils. They should be able to do the job properly. Garbage disposal should be run as a seprate company similar to water and electricity and not as a part of the council. In Madras there is there no more munciple council since area and population is high they made it into a colone. This is what should happen to Munciple councils. Merge all municple councils to the provincial council. Reduce rules and regulation in munciple councils so as to avoid courruption in building permits. Reduing red tape reduces unnessary hassels for people and businesses.</blockquote>
