I mean I bought from top rated ebay sellers with 5-10 years old seller accounts. They might not want to put their business at risk with negative feedback. I don't use these for backup my files in machine at the moment, just using to store files that are downloaded to my seedbox and I have direct access for all cloud storages from seedbox.I have no dealing with ebay sellers either and didn't share any store links here.
