Even how robust the system, if you can trick the user then you are in. So it's majorly creativity.  If you are creative enough mostly hacking done by human errors and tricking the user. Its the easiest way than playing with the system directly.Actually anything can be reverse engineered. as an example once md5 known as one way... now you can get values from md5 too.Anyway day by day it's getting harder to hack and harder to survive after you do something.
