U can use UltraISO to extract the ISO image of the disc to the hard disk. You can ask it not to skip bad sectors. It will retry until it reads a sector. It might work; I might not. Worth a try. Now that you can't do anything about the DVD, you can wash it with water and clean with soft cloth so it doesn't scratch the disc. It might help UltraISO to read better.
