Help for mobile

Is there any mobile phone experts? I am looking for get a new phone and I have figured out Samsung Galaxy Note 9 512 GB from Greenware.lk which is a mobile phone shop in Liberty plaza. The price is Software Warranty Price - LKR 195,000.00, Hardware Warranty Price - LKR 202,000.00 and Company Warranty Price - LKR 215,000.00. Is it ok to have Software Warranty only? Do you have any other suggestions? Thanks in advance.
