Keep the modem away from electromagnetic sources like your TV and Monitor.4. Try to get a router. There are some routers famous for maintaining a connection even under 0dB SNR margin.5.Also you can ask SLT to check the wire from the DP to your house for bad joints. If there are bad joints in the line, you will have to rewire.6.Check your connection with another modem or a router. If you use a router, see the router log.Further, if you can post your Line Attenuation, Down stream SNR margin,and Up stream SNR margin, RCO(Relative Capacity Occupancy) I can interpret them for you to see if there is a problem with those figures.If you do not know how to get those data, just send me the model of your Modem.
