It has powerful medical characteristics for the cure of diabetes. The herbal preparation now market is now in dried powered form and could be dissolved in hot water and could be taken instead of tea. Andradi said that this herbal plant is very important in supporting the maintenance of blood glucose levels. He said the Hypoglygaemic activity - the ability to reduce blood glucose level is another noteworthy aspect of Gymnema Sylvestre. He said the Company is manufacturing more than 55,000 packs of 10 sachets per month and still unable to meet the high local demand. Once they meet the local demand, they are expected to export as the product has a high potential in the export market.</blockquote>
