As you all might know I recently bought a new Asus 34" Ultrawide curved monitor- But it had a problem. There was a severe clouding issue around the edges- At first i wasn't sure if it was the monitor or my shitty old VGA so I bought a GTX 1050 from Nanotek and then checked it again- same problem- even changed the cables etc (HDMI and Display port). So three days after I bought it I took it back to EPSI where I bought it from and they checked and it was obvious to them that there was a clouding issue. They wanted to give me a replacement- same model, but they didn't have any more units of the MX34VQ so they offered a much higher priced Asus PQ34 Gsync for an extra balance payment of 40000/- I said I didn't have the budget for that and that I would like a refund. So Sharan the guy who sold it to me called me next day got my account details and sent the entire Rs 141,000/- direct to my Bank Account! Now that's Cutomer Service for you. EPSI is great!
