It is not a real OTP validation. Users needs to send a message to a given whatsapp number and manually verfied.
I think if we delete the chat history (or re-create a whatsapp), we can create a new account using the same phone number. (I havenn't tried this but I think that is possible)

We can create multiple accounts for the same number ( Trust me I've tried once )

Manual Verification was " manually done by a moderator " but currently; it seems has also automated.

I don't think it is automated. It take about a week to do the verfication. Not sure if they have automated this very recently.
