To all, I need as much as possible in-detail answers from those who have/had and those who are already experiencing. I know this is personal, nonetheless, if we share actual here, as a whole it may assists many in the longer terms. One of my cousins did his A/L(IGCSE) in a Middle Eastern countries. He got 3-A and 1-B. A's are Match, Physics and Chemistry. B is for IT. For his O/L (IGCSE) he had 9A*s. Now my questions for those who are studying abroad in countries such as Australia, New Zealand, UK, Canada and the US. I did few Internet based research. In Australia it does cost a year around $ 45000.00. New Zealand is rather cheap , but around $ 35,000.00. Then the other countries such as UK, US and Canada close to Australia. But these figures are based on my Internet research. I know for sure the actual could be way off. If he is ought to study in engineering field perhaps Civil Engineering, what are the costs related to university fees and lodging and etc... If you are studying in those countries in engineering field how much do you spend on studies and your own expenses. How much can be covered with part-time work for the pocket money? Please guys, I know there are many on the forum studying abroad and it doesn't need to be the same (Civil Eng) field, but in any engineering field, do shed some light on these points as much as you could. I understand this answer varies from place to place. But, if any of you have got scholarships, please do share the insight of getting an scholarship. Thanks in advance.
