In this movie, these needles are used for seduction of the opposite sex. Asti (Andi Soraya) finally decides to install the implant (susuk) after she discovers that her husband Rako (Restu Sinaga) is having an affair with Donna (Angeliq). While looking for the implant, she is recommended by a shaman (Yana Zein) to look for the implant from a dead person. Donna used to be the shaman’s patient with the implant installed in her body and has been successful in attracting Rako.Not long after that, Donna is found dead after falling from her apartment located on the eighth floor, Asti asks her driver, Asmo (Andre Taulany) to search for Donna’s implant. Asmo, accompanied by his materialistic wife, Milah (Deswita Maharani) and his friend Zul (Yadi Sembako) in digging Donna’s grave. However, Donna’s body could not be found and has disappeared. It has been reported that whoever still keeps the implant in the body will not be accepted in the world of the dead. Therefore, Donna is roaming around as pocong ghost and must find people who can remove the implant inside her body and seeks revenge against her killer. When Rako realized his past mistake, Asti’s life is in danger as she is threatened by Donna’s killer, Julie (Debby Ayu).
