I finally started taking courses in things I wanted to learn, and I also started seeing myself in a better light.</p><p></p><p>In short, in regards to forgiving/forgetting your past self:</p><p></p><p>1-Train your mind to stop thinking of the past in a negative light. You can do this by talking to it and asking it to stop, and by redirecting your thoughts. Find something else to focus on. Train it.
