Click "Split by Selection" 2nd. Play the video and find the part that you want to be your gif 3rd. Once you find your part. Click the < (Select Start) button, that will be the beginning of your GIF 4th. Find the part where you want your GIF to end and click the > Button.  Now Click SPLIT  <img src="http://i36.tinypic.com/2gx30gz.jpg" alt="" class="fr-fic fr-dii fr-draggable " style="" />  Ok you can close the splitter now.   Now open Any Video Converter  Change the Profile to Customized AVI Movie (*.avi) and change the video size to 320x240 you can use a diff video size if you want but the smaller the resolution the smaller the GIF size , usually you want your gif to be less than 5 MB  <img src="http://i34.tinypic.com/1zqdcuh.jpg" alt="" class="fr-fic fr-dii fr-draggable " style="" />  Now click Output Folder on the lower right.And find the video you just converted and drag it to your Desktop ( So it will be easier to find)  You can close Any Video Converter now  Now  the last step...  Open Ulead GIF Animator.  It will ask you to open a Existing Image File or a Existing Video File.  Click open existing Video file.  Once its done loading, you will see a bunch of frames on the bottom.  Delete ALL the frames and parts of the video that you dont need( this is for space)  Once you have done this. click File -----> Save As --->GIF File  <img src="http://i37.tinypic.com/14lscgi.jpg" alt="" class="fr-fic fr-dii fr-draggable " style="" />  after that...you will end up with this  <img src="http://i36.tinypic.com/2vcfa6h.gif" alt="" class="fr-fic fr-dii fr-draggable " style="" /></blockquote>
