Simple as that.I'm not saying that you can't earn some good money at IFS, but tech wise you are limited to a set of applications. in house apps. so your world is small. but if you take 99X or anyone else with the same type or scale, they work with multiple technologies together. they have to evolve with the market and the needs of their clients or they loose the competition...and if IFS so good why did they had to go for a Pay cut during the first Covid Wave ? i have friends who lost between 20k - 50k from their salaries thanks to their pay cuts. If you take this XXXX company as an example (fuk no I don't work there fyi) they even have their employees some extra cash to buy new computer tables, chairs and whatever extra to create their own WFH setups. I'm talking about extra money. some got 40k for that. I still don't want to market their name here..
