So we been purchasing flax and psyllium from iherb.  Plus Avacado oil 750ml bottles.  DHL rates are super high . But still it works and better than nothing.   I don't purchase Ghee from iherbs as we can easily find good ghee bottles here. Try out sri lanka Ayurveda ghee oil its really pure.
