Employees of the institution state that the income was  less than Rs 135000 though 2400000 of rupees have been spent for the  traveling of the train during the month of June by the managing  authority. Rs 40000 should be paid for the department of railway by the  air port and aviation authority for one destination of the train, and  its one journey has limited for 3 passengers. Traveling fees is Rs 1500  per passenger. It is reported that iifa train travels twice per day. Air  port sources mention that the rejection of traveling by that train by  passengers is the main reason for its futility.  One senior officer who  expressed his views on this matter with us mentioned that though he had  being working for several years under different governments and  ministers, he had not seen a government that jeopardize state property  and public money for the coverage of their political incapability.
