Go to Tools-Internet Options-Security-Internet and select Custom  Level. On Display Mixed Content, change from Prompt to Enable.and then2.  Go into Settings Tab within Gmail, under Labs, and ENABLE the Picassa  web email option. Don't forget to go to the bottom and SAVE CHANGES or  it won't work.
