This is the reason IMF says that it will take time to do debt controls/sustainability etc.The best thing we have to do is end the corruption/ increase exports/ decrease imports. The black money market has to be cleared off. So the CBSL has to void the 5000 notes and issue new ones asap. Undials/Hawala's has to stop in some way and make sure the exports will not use any foreign accounts.</blockquote>
