In Unity PCHouse dealers used to give second hand ones even for intel sometime ago, even if we knew they were cheating we had nothing to do then. It's something everyone knows who used to buy computer parts from Unity since like 2005. (I don't know about the current situation there now, it might be still same) Intel took 3 months to return new parts though then. Tulip dealer said me once that other brands repair motherboards when it is possible while intel always sends brand new boards but it takes three months for shipping.</blockquote>
