Pvt hos are money oriented, and not service focussed.....so whenever possible better to avoid them...Nimal siripala doesnt know how to regulate the quacks and illegal medical practise of non qualified ppl..govt hosp have good standards, open 24 hrs, well trained staff and facilities. So even if you dont get a single room for each patient, they will ensure that they deliver the best health care for the patients..</blockquote>
