Four mortar shells were fired from the  northern Gaza Strip at Israeli territory, causing no injuries or damage.     "The IDF will not tolerate any attempt to harm Israeli citizens  and IDF soldiers, and will continue to operate with determination and  force against any element that utilizes terror against the State of  Israel," the army said."The IDF holds the Hamas terror organization  solely responsible for what goes on in the Strip and for maintaining the  quiet there."ynet</blockquote>
