You can do SCJP instead which has a high value even in international level (cos it is conducted by Sun). My advice is if some body is saying PCJT will help u to do SCJP well it is a bogus. Cos I passed my SCJP 5 exam with 90% and at that time PCJT didnt even exist. Start working on SCJP it covers almost all the fundamentals of JAVA language, after all what is the use of learning a language just to build some industry needed SW, cos the methods in industry changes very rapidly, so if you are having good knowledge in fundamentals you can adopt your self to these changes easily. </blockquote>
