The reason to this is because there is so much regulations to fulfill. If you are crew member you must have alcohol license and some card that tells you that you can work with kids....etc. all this make it difficult to get a job,stupid australians think that the world revolves around them but it is not the case. Even for cleaning position there are some certifications that you need. And although the hospitality industry is in demand now people dont like to work because there is not much career advancement and less pay.</blockquote>
