I must upload the kickstart.php and the Joomlpack jpp file to the  Public_Html rite?? But I dnt see any in the FileZilla server side  screen..I did googling and it sayz GoDaddy doesnt have a Public_Html ... then what to do ??I Just uploaded those files and I tried to access  <a href="http://www.mysitename.com/kickstart.php" target="_blank">www.mysitename.com/kickstart.php</a> but its giving me this error.. You don't have permission to access /kickstart.php on this server.   Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the  request.</blockquote>
