Who is running the very universities that we are talking about here? You or your vote? The Government has many other aims, it has to provide and maintain the infrastructure, the health sector, the transport, its countless.... Plus, each year the government budget is in a HEAVY defecit. (I mean, a massive defecit) And they ask for more, FREE</blockquote>
