The Chinese government funded her father to settle in Kenya in the sixties. They were told that the fertile lands were there, mismanaged, get settled and the Chinese government will support. Why not build a railway? They had plans over a long time. That's the Chinese way. There's a saying that never trust a Chinese and they have a thousand faces.
