How long did it take to make up a African-American superhero? All the earlier superheroes are caucasian Americans.2. Can you recall a Asian superhero for a change (1-2 are available)? How many movies were made for them?3. What makes them heroes in the first place? Certainly not because they have heroic virtues (even the bad superheroes like Dr. Doom are just that, superheroes!). Because they have achieved CONTROL over nature/humans/animals etc.So you see, this superhero myth has all the classic western concepts of 1)superiority of caucasian whites over other races 2)their delusion that they can and must control every aspect of nature etc.And have you wondered why all these powers are all about oneself? We know that Wolvorine can heal himself fast. But why don't we see superheroes who can heal OTHERS??
