Must re-claim it with interest and a penality for wrongfully being fined. THis will be followed by the CPC hedging fiasco where the senior management was suspended for getting the wrong hedge. De Mell too must be reinstated and compensated for unlawful dissmissal with an apology from the Supreme Court. But I can understand one thing; i.e a person who has been judged by the court as a corrupted person been ameded by the same court as a non courrupted person. The only difference is different judgers, As a citizan of this country, I thought the court is the only place that it has not been courupted. This is a shame on our country. Now poor citizan dont have a place to rely on. Shame on you law makers and shame on you Mr, President.
