As soon as you unzip Koma-Mail's files you can launch the program without installation. The interface is fairly standard with a tree-style list of folders for your inbox, outbox, trash, and spam on the left. Emails are listed to the right, with contents of a selected email displayed in the lower pane. Familiar buttons let you create, send, forward, and reply to emails. A file header menu offers many of the same features but also includes Options, which is where you can set-up user accounts and add external email account information to receive notifications through Koma-Mail.
