But legal system assesses only the moment of conflict. Law is a man-made entity .So there are shortcomings. Its ever-evolving. The current form of law may not be the best. Just because something is legal according to the legal system of the era , does not necessarily mean its fully justifiable.The prosecution did the defense duty as well.
