Message: <blockquote data-quote="lkdood" data-source="post: 7752059" data-attributes="member: 92282">Media Minister Keheliya Rambukwella said yesterday that the United  States member in the panel to advise United Nations Secretary General  Ban Ki-moon “is not suitable.”                        The reason, according to him is because Prof.  Steven Ratner has in his book titled “Accountability in Human Rights –  Atrocities in Internal Law” has declared that “Tamils in Sri Lanka were  racially discriminated”.                       “If that is so, this particular person is not  suitable for such a panel of inquiry,” he told the Sunday Times. He said  the Government would launch an “all-out campaign” against this panel by  building international support.                        “Russia, China and Iran have already criticized  the UN chief’s move and we hope the list will lengthen in the coming  days,” he said.sundaytimes lk</blockquote>
