There is a consitant correct speed and it does not go bellow it.In prepaid package range Mobitel beats in 3g for speed and Hutch 3g beats in cost.  Mobitel is much faster then Hutch. Lankabell gives you free WIFI router with their 4G package. Paying 7500Rs for installation charge is worth the cost. They also charge 3000Rs without tax for 1MB unlimited package. There is a limited package of 35gb for 1350Rs per month without tax.SLT launching Fibre Optic cable is too little too late. People are highly mobile and they require 4G.  Your comments are wellcome.</blockquote>
