It is because In SL the picture given to the public about private universities are completely wrong. Private universities have very good bright sides. And most of the private universities in the world offer very recognized degrees. We should give a chance to students in SL to acquire all these bright sides. And to be honest the situation in SL universities compared to world is bad. Specially in fields like Engineering and Medicine. We do not have capital to invest on the new technologies. We still follow old methods most of the time. So why do not we think about the bright side and give some light to our students. Its our government's responsibility to maintain the standards of these institutions. And if these institutions do not offer good standards we can always chance them away right. I am sure the ppl in Sri Lanka who shout for everything surely point this out too.</blockquote>
