Not places like Lulumba University. Also by not recognizing foreign degrees, they push the local students to get local degrees. That's a good move since it automatically makes the local students to do better and get in to local unis.As usual, there is no solution to this part of the problem. This is why I said that this is very delicate problem without a yes/no answer.At least, for doctors, there is a local examination that those with foreign degrees must take and do rounds in local hospitals for a set period of time but this type of thing must be made for all other streams and there doesnt seem to be any such plans in the foreseeable future.This is why opening pvt uni is a problem.</blockquote>
