It's just your luck. However what's important is after sales service.I brought Apple form USA for my sister in SL & it broke down with in two weeks. I took it to EPSI & they told me VGA chip is faulty & need to replace MB, however replacement might take 14 days. I said OK .After 10 days they call me & said my laptop is ready to pick. They didn't bother to replace the old one, believe me they gave me brand new notebook.That's what I'm calling customer service. Kudos to EPSI for fast & easy service.</blockquote>
