ONLY select models can be covered for a total of 3 years. HP refers to these as eligible models.All Commercial (or Business class) items can be covered for 3 years or more.Had a CarePack been purchased, then the warranty period on the HP web reflects that. In this case there's no HP factory warranty on the item. If the seller gave a warranty of 3 years, then it's his business to honour that.</blockquote>
