We have to ready and change our attitude. මොකද අපි නොදැනුවත්වම අපේ weakness තියෙනවා.  ඒවා හදාගන්න ඕනේ.  මම දන්න කට්ටිය රස්ස්වල් නැති කර ගට්ඨ්තේ මෙහෙමයි  (well paid professional jobs)(1) Unable to properly answer questions in the interview as he is not familiar with them. Later found that company sent an attachment (before interview) with the email that contains those questions (he forget to read it!) . In fact he read only the time and location of the interview. Poor interview preparation.(2) Poor attitude. When asked why he changed first job, he said "second job is close to my home and convenient for me, so I decided to give up first job". That is end. He is not suitable for tough jobs which are typical in private sector. </blockquote>
