Because the HR or the company director who will be the sign the letter. And that person not might be know us very well as our team lead or direct supervisor. So how it would be happen mcn? They know just this person works here and his post thats only.  Also we are getting the letter without saying the actual reason <img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/default/wink.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=";)" title="Wink    ;)" data-shortname=";)" /> so those situation, will it be a prob mcn?</blockquote>
