Been avoid from SADNESS n been avoid from re-birth are the same if u go deep. SADNESS here as I'm quite sure u are aware is the pain of having had all these feelings, ANGER, MISERY. all these n these narrows down our chances of disenchantment. I don' think further talks about those philosophical things aren't that necessary. And about do we knw wht it really mean; haven't that same book mentioned the fact that NIRVANA is not explainable in terms of words, but experience it n u'll know it.
