But they only gave a estimate of 7.2M. rest 0.8M was deducted...  normally bank do this... they dont give the maximum estimate value as the land value..I bought land for 7.5M. But bank gave me the loan of 4.75M. Rest of the money I had to pay to the land owner...Normally Gov banks are good in loan interest rates. But it is easy to have a loan in a private bank..   If you have ability to reach for a PERSONAL loan, I think its good in now a days...It about 10% ~ 14%...   1st you might look for a land and immediately visit a bank with your salary slips and say your requirement..   Sometimes bank will guide you how to do the rest. thawa oni nam PM me</blockquote>
