If you go an work for any of the leading web development company in Sri Lanka, they will hire you for Rs.10,000.00 a month on probation and next increment full time is much less than what I suggest.The Sri Lankan attitude is people would rather not do any work thinking they dont get paid enough and stay at home doing nothing than make any money at all.I have people to do work for me, but as a Sri Lankan I am trying to put some money in a fellow Sri Lankans pocket, and there will be other perks later on if you truly prove your skill.So please if you think you have the skills and currently unemployed or looking for work, please reply and send your details privately.Ishan.</blockquote>
