Tamils had a good life under British there's no doubt about it... that is why Tamils were in the council before Sinhalese!!This is where it all BEGAN my friend... Tamils thought "woah, now we are in the council and India is already struggling for freedom soon when Sri Lanka get its freedom we'll be the ones who run this country" this was further proved by cunning and power greedy politicians like Chelvanayagam!Who asked for:1. Tamil to be official language for administration purposes in north and east (Which will force the other communities to work in Tamil)2. Immigration to North and East to be restricted (this was clearly done to restrict Sinhalese and other Minorities to be settled in the areas, which will further nourish their separate motherland claim in future)3. More powers to be given away to regional councils (Tamil politicians were not at all interested of a Federal concept as it would be governed by Sinhalese)Now who started it all dude? Tamils showed their hipocracy under British and after them too!!!British knew who this country really belong to... they were not stupid they increase the council men from 1 to 13 according to the population ratio, and Tamils at that time felt helpless... with only 2 members!!! But alas greedy @ssholes like Chelvanayagam never gave up on 50-50 mentality! And they knoew Sinhalese and Tamils would fight over this... they happily left!!You talk about democracy... tell me is it democratically OK for if you divide power 50-50 when 80% of the population are infact Sinhalese?Excuse me.. just now you said you fight for discrimination.. now why would you need a land also to fight for Discrimination? <img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/default/lol.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":lol:" title="LOL    :lol:" data-shortname=":lol:" /> So you are fighting for the land or against the discrimination?And also please bear in mind that there's no such thing ever called Tamil's Land anywhere in the world.. THIS IS WHAT YOU WISH FOR!!!If you look at the history Dravidians also try to loot other's land not only in Sri Lanka even Malaysia was under Dravidian rule at some point of time which they've used as a base to attack Sri Lanka!It was only colonized by Dravidian kings they were NEVER inhabitant of this land ever... this is already proved SCIENTIFICALLY.. down from the genetic levels!</blockquote>
